With the development of our society and the improvement of people's living standards, tourism industry of our country has been more and more popular.and the noumber of tourist is increasing everyday, Tourists have to face so many scenic spots, and how do they make a satisfied choosice; also tourism resouses should face this situation, and how can they grasp the opportunities to attract more tourists? Presently, the demand of tourist become more and more individuality and diversification, and tourism enterprises also need more outreach perfect way to raise its international reputation, to improve the quality of service to tourists, and to increase the interaction between tourist and the scenic spot. In recent years, the rapid development of the online media propaganda intermedium for tourism resouse, and network-based audio/video broadcast system's intuitive, real-time, interactive features attract a lot of international well-known scenic spots. By using the brocast system, tourists from all over the world can watch the real-time scenery of various spots, the conference site and celebration at home, by this way, the tourists will be interested in the spot.Under support by Zhejiang province science and technology tackle key problem research item(2004C13034) " networked information management and service platform and its application for tourism areas" ,the goal of this paper is to establish a third-generation traveling sites, to increase the interaction between tourism resouses and visitors, to expand its external public effect and raise international reputation. this paper has carried on the related research work by using the theories and the technologies of streaming-medias, AI, mobile Agent, P2P network in the computer domain. Its concrete work as follows:(1) In this paper, author analyzes the research situation both at home and abroad, sum-up the current technical difficulties of network-based audio/video brocast system, and describes the background, signification and main content of this paper.(2) Analysize the requirements of network-based brocast system and then design this system's hardware architecture and software architecture. Hardware architecture includes the hardware's framework design and the selection of hardware devices. Software framework should implement four functions as follows: audio/video capture, data compression, streaming media service and client display.(3) Because the client's concurrency number of network-based brocast system is so huge and it may locate in different ISP service network, and audio/video are high flow data which requires a high bandwidth of the network, so the efficiency of whole system is affected by the structure of audio/video broadcast network directly. According to the requirement analysis, on the basis of the tree structure of the streaming media application layer network model, this paper introduces mobile Agent theory to implement the application layer multicast streaming media network, and by using P2P protocol for the brocast network transmission, it presents a mobile Agent-based self-organizing network broadcast network which makes the multicast network topology structure can be automatically reconstructed accoding to the network's transformation, the service content and format of streaming media can automatically increase and reduce without user participation, according to the number of users within the region,also can integrated optimize the load of every transmiting node.(4) Design and develop the IPTV network demand system for replaying the history large-scale activities of tourism resouses. Tourism resouses's multimedia information-on-demand system running in VOD mode. Finally this paper gives streaming media server and client's achievement.
