The customer is the most important resources and wealth to an enterprise, the customer relationship management(CRM) has already become the core of business management. Most small and medium enterprises are focused on the customer in their management and administration. How to In-Depth Data Ming on shortage resources of customer,How to discover their different commercial value, how to meet the customer's requirement,and how to promote the enterprise's profits and competivity,whitch is the enterprise eagerily to sove. Target to Zhejiang Province small to midsize hardware business' characteristic and the informatization requirement,this thesis proposes one kind small to midsize hardware business' BI solution basis on ASP/CRM. My research mainly the following aspects:1,It analyses and sums up the research and application situation on CRM both at home and abroad,and point out the CRM problem inland,and figure out the future development orientation.2,with summarized the characteristic of ASP and BI technology , it build the CRM integer framework and solution with BI based on ASP model.3,It has designed CRM datawarehouse,with design step in detail.4,It designs and applies all kinds of customer datamining algorithm,for an instance,by using Bayes algorithm to classifying customer buy model,and forecast potential customer,and by using Gompertz model to forecast market.5,It developed a hardware manufacture BI protosystem basis on ASP/CRM,by this system it not only realize the normal CRM function but also can analysis on customer group characteristic,customer buy model,market,profits,marketing activity effection,customer keeping or losing and so on,it really gives decision support for enterprises.
