Hospital medical records information management system is an important component of hospital information management. Medical records information is the core of medical information, which is used through various links of medical process. This system analyzes the medical data, allowing users quickly and effectively to statistics, discover useful information resources or useful knowledge from the idle data in various hospitals, so that large amounts of data information at idle can be full used.This paper builds a Bayesian inference network model based on the Rough Sets and Reason Rules and apply it to fulfill the medical data mining work. After fully introduction of the needed theoretical and technical basis for the core content, we establish the database for the data mining against the characteristics of hospital information. With the initial clean-up of data, we fist use the rough set attributes to reduce, then establish a mining model through the Bayesian network. Using the not obvious knowledge from the data warehouse, we achieve the purpose of knowledge reasoning and the implementation of the decision-making. At the same time, we design the B/S electronic medical records management system, which can integrate these functions above into the system and implement them in the actual environment and improve the quality of health care. |
