Study On Campus Network Office System Technology

The office automation system has developed into network office system from the primary stand-alone application followed the improvement and use of computer network technology. In order to raise the campus office working efficiency, this paper studied the campus network office system and found the way to ensure a more safe and convenient information transfer and store.Based on the network office automation and combined the demand in campus office, the advanced B/S and three layer architecture developing model were adopted to build the campus office automation system concentrating on .Net technology. Object oriented method and UML modeling assistant system were used to design the module function and finish the system management, email, files and personal management. To meet the demand of campus network office system, the C# language under .NET platform was written to visit the ASP.NET and ADO.NET database during the coding process. SQL server 2000 software was used during the build up of the database in the primary state. The users'authority and the record of visit were analyzed by the system. Based on specific requirements for system performance, analysis is made on distribution of user authorization and access control, and particularly on the authorization of user operation, and good solutions are proposed. Preliminary discussion on system security is given in the last part.The network office system will be completed and further developed with the improvement of the more advanced information technology and the campus digital construction.
