| The Acoustic Emission will happen when most materials distort and break, which is one kind of tress wave emissions. The person ears can not hear it directly but need to make support from the ingenious electronic instruments, namely Acoustic Emission monitor meter. The Acoustic Emission monitor meter is used in the area of rock monitoring, and it may forecast many kinds of disasters so that the casualties and equipment damage would be avoided.In this paper it takes microchip AT89S52 as the controller to realize the intellectualization of the monitoring instrument of the rock mass emission, with the advantages of small bulk and low cost. The research content is as follows:Firstly this paper have introduced the concept of the Acoustic Emission and stated the intellectualized design structure of monitoring instrument of Acoustic Emission, including hardware and software design.Secondly according to the proof of the controlling plans, completed the tasks of gatherings, record and display controlling for the signals, with the help of singlechip AT89S52 that shows low power loss and is possible to be programmed on line.Then the third step is the design of the hardware part. The hardware part is divided into analog circuit and digital circuit part, according to the direction of the signal. The simulative part will get pulse signal from three parameter after the process and analysis of the input electrical signals, simultaneously the counting, record and display will be finished in the digital circuit.Then the software part's design is divided into some parts, such as serial interface part, keyboard and display part. It will realize the real-time detection and processing of the Acoustic Emission after each part is all right.The last is to summarize the anti-jamming measures during the designing process, through the hardware and software. The aim is to reduce the interference in the design. |
