| With rapid development of broadband communications, the IP Metropolitan Area Network, which is currently the main access technology, can not meet the requirement of vast services. This thesis analysis the practical broadband communication technologies and the fundamental technologies of IP Metropolitan Area Network. Based on the currently practical technologies, the author study the development history of Tietong IP Metropolitan Area Network. Then author acquire the optimum plan for developing Fuzhou IP Metropolitan Area Network, which can meet the requirement of voice, video and data communications, based on the practical experience. |
