| With a new round of industrial structural adjustment, informationalization has become an important topic. How to use IT resources more effectively has been enterprises' common concern . The construction of resources management system may give some help to the enterprises in the management of their IT resources, but the problem is also obviously, such as the limitation to the scope of management, the lack of the controls of the resources change. The Inappropriate modeling, the isolation between resources management and utilization are the important reasons. ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure) is a good guidance to IT service management, especially, its change management also applies to resources change management.By analyzing and comparing existing modeling methods, an improved resources modeling method was proposed based on TMF SID according to the specialty of IT resource management,which extends the SID with a discripbing template added. As a guidance,this extened method ensure the conformance between management properties and relationship of managed resources, ensures the stability and extensibility of resource data, and achieves better operability. Then a correspondent IT resources management information model was defined according to the above modeling method. In this paper, process was imported into resources management and change management proposed by ITIL was also referred to control resource change. After discussing a few problems encountered in resources change by using change management proposed by ITIL, a resources change maintainance process was proposed for reference.At last, this paper gave the design and the impelemtation of IT resources management system.The resoures management is divided into two parts,which are designed independently,and connected by the database interface and program interface.The basic management part includes the following ties: data acquisition, data process and application presentation with the C/S architechture.The resources change manament includes four ties: presentation,service,access and data storage with the B/S architechture, and the kernal process control is managed by osworkflow which is an open source workflow engine. |
