Designment And Implement For An Automatic Online Sewage Water Monitoring System Based On GSM Network

With the development of China's environmental protection and increasingly maturing domestic techniques in online monitoring, in order to achieve area control of the sewage and improvement of environmental quality, various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions have launched the work of sewage water on-line monitoring, under the State Administration of Environmental Protection's guidance and supervision .The work has greatly raised the level of environmental management in China.The sewage water monitoring system is a comprehensive on-line monitoring system, using modern sensor technology, automatic measurement technology, automatic control technology and computer application technology ,and comprised by related software and communication networks .Automatic on-line analytical instrument is the core of the system.The system is designed to enable monitor of the system project, display of state-station signal and automatic alarm; and with functions such as automatic operation, power protection and automatic resume; can also test maintenance state, which facilitates routine maintenance and emergency troubleshooting. Implementation of online automatic monitoring of the discharge water quality ,which makes real-time continuous monitoring and remote control of the water quality come true, has great significance in timely grasp of the major water quality, prediction of major or basin water pollution incidents, solution of water pollution accident disputes, and monitoring the satisfactory situation of emissions standards. The author participated in the design and development work of "Beijing effluent quality automatic online monitoring system" while preparing the paper. And take this as background ,the paper includes the following aspects: First, analyze the current situation of the on-line monitoring system as well as its advantages and disadvantages; Secondly, design and achieve to send and receive SMS in the windows platform; Thirdly, design and implement the in-situ monitoring software and monitoring center software of automatic monitoring system; Finally, obtain conclusion that the sewage monitoring system by SMS can save cost and improve control quality and efficiency. At present, the system has been put into practice to monitor the wastewater treatment situation in four Beijing drainage factories, with good effect.
