Design And Implement Of Reasoning Mechanism And Visualization Method Based On Telecom Customer Ontology

The basic telecom customer ontology model has been established based on the related works .However, during the application of the model, some problems are found : the ontology may have some conflict or inconsistent; a relevant flexible ontology classification mechanism is lack; information retrieval based on ontology can't elaborate the merit of the knowledge represent by ontology; to classify the ontology using a tree is not a precise way because it can't exactly represent the characteristic of the structure in ontology; Conclusively, the lack of reasoning and a suitable ontology visualization bring about these problems, in this paper, relevant mechanism is introduced.Ontology defines the concepts and their relations from the formalized modes. Description logic is theory basis of ontology and it defines the explicit reason tasks which can map the problems above exactly. Network visualization can be a suitable method to represent the ontology model.This paper discuss the above problems and solutions .At first ,we summarize the basic theory of ontology and ontology based reasoning, and we conclude the common framework of reasoning system. Then ,based on the practice of construction of the telecom customer, we list the problems above mentioned, after that we design the logic architecture of the reasoning system. Moreover, we design and implement the system in the software engineering like method, we implement the framework based on the webservice , Flex(a rich client technology),Jung(network visualization technology) .Finally, some test is built to verify this system.
