The Design And Implementaion Of GSM Network Optimizing Analysis System

Nowadays, the Global System for Mobile is a digital mobile communication system which has the most customers in China. Lots of network data analysis is required to make sure that the communication system runs steadily, effectively and excellently. One of the most important purpose of this system is to advance efficiency and quality in network optimization by analyzing the network data synthetically.We will discuss in this article to find out problems in mobile communication system by the analysis of GSM network data and performance index . Then the achievement, will be applied in instructing network planning,project construction,parameters adjusting,resource assignment and so on. So we believe the network resource and parameter will be best assigned, the KPI will be greatly improved, and the degree of customer satisfaction will be also advanced owe to our work.To achieve the purpose, we chose Service-Oriented Architecture technology and platform Microsoft .NET for our system, which is able to finish network data analysis automatically combines with geography information. In order to deal with different formats among data, during the process of system design, we created Data Adapter for different types of data. Meanwhile, in order to realize network data multi-analysis, we divided the data analysis into two parts: basic data query service and basic analyze service. Consider of technology of data present, we utilized the geography information present module MapXtreme2004 basic on MapInfo format electronic map to complete the combination between the result and geography information. On the other hand, we adopted database view to avoid the influence on the system when network data modified.Now, the GSM network optimizing analysis system has instead of several tools we depended on before. Moreover, its particular function, analyzing result combine with geography information, has greatly advance efficiency and quality in network optimization.
