The Design And Realization Of General Office Platform For Dongying Postal Service

With the continual enhancement of the postal service information and the improvement of work conditions, office automation becomes an ideal trend. However, the office automation level of Dongying postal office is merely limited to receiving and sending free email through the internet. This makes the computer more susceptible to viruses and makes it difficult to popularize in the basic unit.In order to solve this problem, we established a general work platform network system for the Dongying postal service based on the existing networks. It can meet Dongying postal office's basic need for information office automation.First a survey of the development of the existing postal service office networks is given. Second, the necessity of establishing an office automation system is discussed. Third, the related technology is elaborated. Fourth, the software design and the network structure of the general office platform system for Dongying postal service are analyzed. Finally, the modules which include the receiving and sending of mails, the log on, and the user module in the office platform have been coded and debugged. At present, the system is in use and works with the desired effect.
