Will the Lanzhou postal service be able to realize the electronization of entire procedures of customer services, informationize of processing and timely interconnection through the "11185" dial system? This is a key issue associated with that whether the postal eEnterprise could use the number specially form as a brand to be form the real corn competitive strength. The research direction of this paper is to build a set of system for production informationized processing, therefore to realize the spread of postal counter on telephone plane.With the advanced system design ideas, software and network technologies, the author carried out the total plan and design of "11185"customer support center system of Lanzhou postal service. This paper summed up the key technologies mentioned above and elaborates the design of the system's overall plan and the realization of application and deployment, which covered the total process of system build up and improved the security and convenience based on the insurance of reliability, rationality and advance of the system, in order to pursue the combination of system functionality, security and deployment cost.The "11185" customer support center system of Lanzhou postal service to provide business users with counter service through real-time business information consult, mail track inquiry , mail collection, physical distribution, tickets agent, mail-order , newspaper subscription , postal savings telephone banking , fresh flower etiquette , postal service advertisement , electron merchant letter , fax serve etc., to built an personal interactive customer service plane which realize the automation of postal enterprise customers service, networking of information processing and scientific management and eventually improved the service level of postal enterprise, thus enforcing the marketing competitive strength.The first chapter describes the research background and my works. The second chapter is brief introduction of this paper, summing up key technology theory related to Lanzhou postal service 11185 customers service centres system. It describes the research level of related technology, basic theory principle and implementation manners, and is the basis of the following chapters and sections. The third chapter is the emphasis of this paper, it describes the overall project scheme designs, builds basis , key technology demonstration etc., module design and the function have carried out detailed analysis on systematic each and expounded. The fourth chapter introduces the system implementation, which has certain universality. The fifth chapter is the brief summary of the project, presents the issues which need to study and solve at the next step. It is expected to help to study application development of the field.
