The Fluid Network modeling plays an indispensable important role in the industry system simulation. If people want to carry on simulation to an industry system, they must study how to simulate its Fluid Network at first. By making use of the computer graphical technique to construct Fluid Network model, modeling can be reused, workload of artificial programming can be reduced greatly, and the efficiency of modeling and adjusting can be improved.The chief contents of designing and achieving Graphical Modeling System for Fluid Network are as follows. Firstly, the equipments in the Fluid Network can be showed in the form of engineering graphics. The graphics can be disposed. Each graph has a modeling arithmetic and the arithmetic can be called by itself. Secondly, Ports in the graphics are used to replace the input and output ports in actual equipments. Thirdly, system can link two graphics with a line and give actual data to ports in graphics. Fourthly, graph can transfer data which getting form ports to its modeling arithmetic for simulation computation. Besides, the data got from the ports can be transferred to another graph's ports which connecting to current ports. Fifthly, according to the topology structure of Fluid Network, the system can make the data traverse the whole Fluid Network. People can use Graphical User Interface (GUI) to draw equipments graphics, dispose graphics and operate simulation computation of the Fluid Network. Graphics, ports, lines exist in system in the form of classes in order to describe equipments, input and output ports of equipments, and pipes between equipments. Such designing mode can correspond objects in modeling system to equipments in actual Fluid Network. Each graph saved the function pointer of its mathematics model so as to achieve calling to its mathematics arithmetic. Inputting data to equipments model and outputting data from equipments model by ports in graphics. The relationships of all the graphics in Fluid Network model are created because line creates connection between ports. The system abstracts Fluid Network model as Digraph to topology analysis. The direction of data transference is provided by the topology analysis of the Fluid Network.This paper introduces an achieving process of graphical modeling system. GUI of the system, graphics disposal function and function of data transference between graphics are achieved by using Visual C++ Integrated Developing Environment combining with ideas of OOP and modular programming. The math arithmetic of equipments' simulation models in Fluid Network are achieved by FORTRAN. And then, the combination of C++ and FORTRAN are achieved by DLL. Finally, according to components of modern firepower plant and its producing process, the thermoelectric system graph of 300MW firepower unit of Taiyuan NO. 1 thermoelectric plant system is constructed. Mathematic models in regard to the temperature and the pressure of the chief Heat-exchanging Unit in the firepower unit are showed. The simulation computations concerning the temperature are carried out. Then the rationality analysis of simulation results shows that 75% of the results are rational by using standard ANSI/ISA77.20.
