The interaction mode among people has been greatly changed by the Internet, whereas, the interaction mode between people and the nature will be greatly influenced by the wireless sensor network. The wireless sensor network has attracted great attention of the world, and is an emerging researching area with multi-discipline interleaving. It intergrates sensor technology, embedded computation technology, network and wireless communication technology, distributed information processing In real time, It detects, apperceives and collects the information of various enviroments or objects with the collaboration of kinds of IC sensors. The wirless sensor network is easy to deploy and maintain with high reliability, reuseable, etc. In this paper, we designed a temperature sensor nodes to detect the temperature in the industrial scene, which is used to avoid the accident in the business practices. This paper introduces the designation of the wireless sensor nodes and the implement of wireless sensor protocol in the industrial scene temprature collection system. Commonly in the wireless network, nodes are supported by batteries. So, how to save the limited power is the core important point in the designation of the entire wireless sensor network software&hardware system. We placed this key point on the top of the topic all though the system. First of all, in addition to some kinds of controllable electronic switch, we choose the lower-power chipset with MSP430F147 MCU by Texas Instrument Company, nRF905 wireless transceiver and MAX6675 sensor unit by MAXIM Company. Secondary, we adopted the medium access control protocol based on TDMA. In the idle time, nodes are in the lower-power status which wireless transceiver was closed. Finally, the experimental results of the sensor network are presented which proved the correctness and expansibility of the designation of wireless sensor node and the communication protocol.
