Today along with the Electron industry and information technology develops so sharply, as the important component, FPC is widely used in high-tech products and commercial artifacts, and the FPC industry is also growing at a tremendous pace. It is necessary to monitor the production information in time for increasing the competition of the company. By the tracking and mastery of the WIP, taking the reins the production information in time redound to improve the company competition.According to M-FLEX business requirement, designed and developed successfully the WIP system. My summary of the disquisition as the following:1). The FPC production need complex design process, product line and the shop flow is complex and flexible. According to the requirement of WIP tracking and management system, described the function model of major modules. Expounded and contraposed the functional model by UML modeling method, discussed the B/S and C/S web structure, and built the web structure.2). Analyzed FPC industry work flow and product model, defined method of WIP transferring route.3). Investigated the way of product tracking process based on the work order, and figured out the scheme aim to the processing means in unusual situation.4). The target of the system is to collect the data of producing, then generate various report ,Based on the aim, designed the database uses SQL, By the powerful query & researches function, implement the data query and generate the various product reports automatically.
