| Harmonious public archives point out a new orientation for Archives' development of our country; it's a major change and innovation which public archives adapt to the requirement of social development, and also an inevitable requirement in the task of building a socialist harmonious society. Therefore, strengthen the construction of harmonious public archives is an important task in the building of a harmonious society. It must also be "harmony" as the basic principles and requirements in the process of public archives construct, and ensuring that China's Public Archives building in the healthy and smooth development, and ultimately the establishment of a harmonious public archives.This thesis includes 4 parts. Firstly, analyzed the background of social development in this new era, the history of the development of archives and its historical responsibility; Secondly, analyzed the Public Archives building practices, and its theoretical study of the status quo; Thirdly, explained the definitions, characteristics and significance of the harmonious public archives. Finally, proposed the pointed construction measure, by analyzing the disharmony in the actual building of archives. |
