Along with the network technique of continuously develop, Internet technique has already permeated to each realm of the daily life and industry production. It made the remote monitoring and control of the industry automation production possible. Through the remote monitoring and control, the technical personnel need not to attend personally. They can do this at other space, which is one of the problems that people always expecting the solutions who in the manufacturing and many other industries. Remote real-time monitoring technology is a combination of network, computer and controlling strategy, it makes full use of the existing infrastructure of LAN and WAN, proposes an efficient way of internal LAN monitoring and over-district monitoring within the factory region.This disserstation is based on the study of Xin Anjiang three composites Tread Extruding Line, and constructs the remote real-time monitoring system composed of field control layer, server layer and remote access user layer, combined with technologies such as field profibus and web.First of all, it introduces the remote monitoring and control system briefly, and discusses the structure modes of the system, and then compares the advantages and disadvantages of C/S with those of B/S in detail. At the same time, it also introduces some key technologies which are related to the remote monitoring and control system, such as industrial data communications, DDE, database, and web information publishing, and so on. In succession, the paper analyzes the system particularly in the foundation of Tread Extruding Line and constructs the system structure based on B/S. And it also explains how to choose the hardware infrastructure in detail. At last, it analyzes and studies on the designs of field control layer and server layer concretely.In the field control layer, PLC is taken as the key-course, while inverters, servo positioning controller, remote distributed I/O and so on are taken as the executive ones. They are linked through PROFIBUS-DP, and construct a steady and easy-to-expand hardware environment. The application of profibus solves the control problems efficiently resulted from the complexity of the manufacturing flow, excessiveness and disperse of I/O, multiplicity of equipments, high demand of harmonization between control equipments.In the design of the server layer, this paper provided one kind of the low cost solution, which is using IPC industrial computer as the server to realize the remote monitoring and control of the system. It is effective to reduce the development cycle by using MCGS configuration software to acquire and control the real-time data in the industrial computer and communicating data with the database of Access through the DDE interface conveniently.In the end, this dissertation summarizes and concludes the whole contents, and advances the future for the study on this subject.Nowadays, the field control system of Xin Anjiang three composite Tread Extruding Line has launched into operation. It has reached the enterprise's expectation and achieved significant economic benefits.
