Study On The Remote Monitoring System Based On Internet And PROFIBUS

The remote monitoring system for Fieldbus is based on Web.It obtain the data of the industrial field through Fieldbus.The embedded devices on the field saves the data, establishs Web servers and access to Internet. Then you can view live status data and do operations locally through a Web browser. The remote monitoring system based on embedded establishes a common and open automated management control platform for enterprises. With the rapid development and continuous improvement of computer, network communications and Internet technology, the remote monitoring system will be more and more widely used in the domestic and industrial and other areas. while accessing the embedded systems based on fieldbus to Internet, and using the embedded systems as middleware to monitor and control the field equipment, has become a growing concern of the research topic.In this paper, a typical PROFIBUS network based on the PROFIBUS bus technology have been established. The main topic of this paper is to complete the remote monitoring system based on Internet and embedded devices.The design of embedded hardware systems and the corresponding software application have been finished. The real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱand the TCP/IP protocol stackμC/TCP-IP has been ported to achieve the network protocol,and the corresponding software application has been writed to achieve a Web server. Through all of these the system's real-time performance and many problems when the OS had not been included have been improved. Experiments show that this system is stable and reliable.
