Embedded Remote Monitor Of Capsule Online Weighing And Sorting System

With the rapid development of electronic technology,embedded system has become hot spots.Embedded system has been used in the large-scale application of automatic control system,industrial equipment and household appliances.Currently electronic products is often used in the form of embedded computer,such as PDA, switches,routers,etc.Combining SMS technology,the embedded system is used in the medical equipment to achieve remote monitoring for Mechanical and Electrical Equipment.This design used PLC and SCMC(Single Chip Micro Computer)to complete the basic functions of capsule online weighing and sorting system,and used ARM to complete the function of remote monitoring,and used VB and SQL Server application programming technology to complete function of PC control centre.The whole system include that PLC and its electrical control module,SCMC module,ARM module,remote monitoring terminal(mobile phone or PC control centre),detection and control module,and PC interface,and display module.Under normal circumstances,SCMC automatically complete weight data acquisition and transmit it to PLC,then PLC control the whole operation of equipment;ARM complete the testing about the equipment's state and data relating to capsule,then through the GSM module or mobile phone regularly sent them to users or PC control centre.PC control centre implement by VB and SQL Server programming,which mainly used to receive,transmit short message and data management.The users or control center can used mobile phone or other different short message entities to send out corresponding control commands,those instruction through GSM network to transmit ARM,which enables to receive and explain user's instructions and then transmit instructions to PLC.PLC which receive the instructions can control equipment to complete the function of starting or stopping device,finaly realizes remote monitoring capabilities of the whole system.On the basis of completion of basic function of capsule online weighing and sorting system and under the development environment of uClinux,ARM sent AT commands to GSM module or mobile phone to receive or transmit short message.This paper mainly analyzes features and advantages of the weighing sensor technology,remote monitoring technology,ARM microprocessor and embedded operating system,the situation of remote monitoring system at home and abroad.Then introduce the system's function and the hardware framework.And then in the ARM smallest system's hardware environment,this paper,detailedly present the implementation of the embedded Linux at the aspect of bootloader,kernel cutting technology,driver and application development.It also presents that the grey system application in the data acquisition and processing system and the relevant knowledge of short message service.Ultimately this system in certain hardware environments and under the embedded linux operating system realize remote monitoring system of capsule weighing and sorting through sending SMS messages by the serial port and VB programming in the control center.
