| Human body physiological parameters always reflect the health condition of each person, which are traditionally detected by a parameter measurement instrument. To collect these parameters, six electrodes are attached to the patient, who are thus under heavy physiological and psychological burdens. What’s worse, the long time attachment of electrode to the body also results in skin damage. The traditional method calls for healthcare workers to get involved throughout the detecting operation, which increases their workloads accordingly. Therefore, a low load telemedicine device to detect physiological parameters is of great medical and practical significance.In this study, a low load telemedicine device is constructed on basis of the embedded ARM technology, and the main contents include as follows:1. Hardware circuit is designed. A Bed Smart Acquisition Device (BSAD) is developed through combination of the design concepts on low load physiological parameter acquisition techniques. Meanwhile, a low load telemedicine system is thus constructed by connecting the BSAD to a Patient Information Desktop Terminal (PIDT), which is developed with the network communication function and analysis of physiological parameters.2. Software system is designed. In this article, an embedded LINUX system is used as the operating system platform, I/O devices and wireless LAN device drivers are developed in Embedded LINUX operating system. Qt is used as a software development platform, and efficient Qt C++is used as the programming language to complete the various functions of the software system.3. Physiological signal preprocessing and characteristic wave extraction algorithm are studied. Physiological signal is filtered by Butterworth algorithm on the base of digital filtering algorithm and crest-trough are demarcated by characteristic wave extraction algorithm. Final the heart rate and respiratory rate are counted. In addition, several comparative experiments for voluntary patients verify the reliability of the algorithm.4. Based on the above study and low load physiological signal detection technology, telecommunications technology, the system of detecting physiological parameters of the low load device is designed.The system realizes a long-time and continuous detection of physiological parameters under low physical and mental load conditions, breaking through the traditional medical detecting methods. And obtained parameters are displayed, recorded, playbacked and analyzed. Real-time detection and physiological parameters analysis are also achieved to provide security for patients by exactly judge the alarm information in time. Network communication allows doctors remote monitoring the patient information, which effectively reduces the healthcare staff workload and saves personnel costs. The low load telemedicine device is suitable for hospital, community and home, due to its good performance and conveniences. The system has a promising application in the field of medical testing researches, as it is able to dynamically obtain basic physiological parameters under low physiological and mental load conditions for a long time. |
