Fault tolerant control is a kind of means that raises the credibility and safety of complicated systems, and there are broad prospects for theoretical and engineering application. Therefore considering the fault-tolerant control for the various types of system has an important theoretical value and practical significance. The fault-tolerant control and robust fault-tolerant control for systems with time-delay are needed to consider the time-delay, uncertainty and failures at the same time, which makes the dynamical behavior of systems more complicated. It is necessary to carry out specialized research for this problem. In this paper, fault-tolerant control for systems with time-delay is considered .The contributions are as following:Firstly, robust fault-tolerant control for neutral time-delay systems based on state-observer is considered in this paper. In the circumstances of the actuator failures, the sufficient conditions for the systems possessing integrity against the actuator failures are given. The design method of the controller is proposed which is dependent on feasibility of LMI.Secondly, in this paper fault-tolerant control for singular bilinear systems with time-delay is researched. The sufficient and design methods of the state- feedback controllers are proposed. The controllers are designed, which can guarantee the integrity of the systems. Furthermore, the required H∞norm performance index and uncertainty is considered respectively.Thirdly, a class of uncertain interconnected large-scale systems with time-delays is considered in the ends. By solving the LMI, we get the decentralized controllers. The controllers, whether the actuators are normal or abnormal, could be used to stabilize the closed-loop systems. This makes the calculation and application easier.
