This paper deals with a class of singular large-scale systems with state of the uncertain time-delay with its robust control and fault-tolerant control, By using Lyapunov stability theory and LMI this powerful tool, the corresponding structure control law is achieved for the purpose of the systems stability through the use of appropriate Lyapunov functional.The main results obtained in this dissertation are as follows:In chapter 1, The background, the development of the theory and recent research achievements of singular control systems and fault-tolerant control are introduced respectively.In chapter 2,The fundamental knowledge of singular large-scale systems is introduced. Some definitions, theorems and lemmas which will be used later are presented.In chapter 3, The research of uncertain interconnected singular large-scale systems with time-varying delays, high structured uncertainty, matrix polytope structured uncertainty and norm bounded uncertainty are discussed on the basis of Lyapunov stability theorem. With the method of LMI, the existence conditions of controllers are realized by the feasibility of a series of LMIs(Linear Matrix Inequality),and memory less decentralized robust controller are given ,and the closed-loop large-scale singular system is guaranteed to any uncertain of the system. Finally ,examples show the effectiveness fo this kind of method.In chapter 4, For the same systems as we study in chapter 3,we learn its fault-tolerant control. That is for any case of actuator failures, the controller will guarantee the close-loop systems to be robust stable.
