| As an effective expression way of product design,engineering drawings are widely used and play an important role in traditional mechanism industry.It's easy for trained engineer to understand the solid model and product design expressed in the drawings.Because of the wide use of 3d CAD/CAM software,product design needs to be put in 3d space but there are large numbers of drawings that haven't been converted to 3d model.The manual converting needs much manpower and its time costs are also considerable.So the research on automatic 3d reconstruction from engineering drawings is very necessary.After many years research on this topic, all kinds of algorithms have been proposed. Although these methods have respective characteristic, the application of these methods remains to be an unresolved problem.Introduced the DXF File Format and the algorithm of the DXF'reading.Described the views seperating,coordinate transition,geometry feature recognition,Proposed a new way to solve the connecting district.Probed into the technique of feature recognition based on the dimension label semantic and geometry information of views.Reseached the model-oriented approach of the 3D Reconstrucfion.Based on above research, this paper designs a project of reconstructing 3D models from 2D orthographic views. The project proposes a method of unifying 2D data file format and designs one kind of data structure to express the feature's information. According to the model-oriented approach of reconstructing 3D models realize the reconstruction.For validating the method of reconstructing 3D models and the project of 3D reconstruction, the paper realize the essential function of the 3D reconstruction system implement. And do some elementary tests by many examples of sample parts. |
