Development Of A Technological Control System For Lubricating Station Of Jianghan Oilfield Drilling Company

Lubricate station is the distributing center of equipment lubricate management. Lubricate station takes charge of the use oil management of the local and the department equipment, which is the professional function department. Lubricate station is one of the highly extensive application lubricate technology, which includes the stores and supplies of the oil product, quality of oil product, the track and detect of lubricate service and so on.With the increase of automation equipment in the factory every year, and with the improvement of automation equipment, the primary equipment in the lubricate station and the management mode could not meet the requirement of the company's development. So it is the urgent requirement of the company to improve the level of the automation and the management of the lubricate station supplies the oil product.The equipment and the characteristic of use oil in the Kingdream company are studied in this paper. On the base of the data which are collected about the equipment lubricate of this company, according to the lubricate station at present and the disposal technology, disposal means, the management mode of the lubricate oil product, a new control system which immits oil product of the lubricate station is designed and studied. This system can supervise and control twelve pipeline to add lubricate oil at the same time. It can realize the auto-input and identify of the card's identity, count the afflux data and save automatically and the saved data enter the compositive management system database directly in the whole process of afflux the oil. The automation management of the afflux process is realized.Contactless ID card technology is firstly used in the lubricate management system of the lubricate station's equipment in this paper and use VB software to develop card reader technology secondly. This technology is used the afflux control system of the lubricate station's oil product in this paper. So quick afflux mode is realized, that is shaking card can immit oil.As the main system software,Advantech WebAccess is used in the Kingdream company's lubricate station oil product afflux technology control system.Through developing and programming the control system, It can supervise and control the condition of the system, the data transformation, search and record and so on. This system have good computer man-machine operation platform and operation comfortable.
