Research And Implementation Of Process Enterprise Logistics Management Information System Base On RFID Technology

With the rapid development of the Information Technology (IT) and the rise of the modern logistics industry within the scope of world which is generally considered as the third profit source in the enterprise, many firms begin to implement enterprise informatization. But the traditional Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) of process enterprise is mainly research and development for a specific enterprise or the specific market environment. When the market and business process is changed or system is transplanted to other environment that is caused by the customer demand, many of the LMIS of process enterprise will become invalidate.Moreover, the collecting and processing of the logistics data has been the bottle-neck limiting the informatization of enterprise logistics management, and as the advanced automatic identification technology, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology have absolute advantages compared with other identification technology in the logistics area particularly in a adverse environment. How to apply RFID technology successfully in enterprise and how to create modern future factory with the advanced RFID technique is a hotspot now. Accordingly, a dynamic and reconfigurable LMIS of process enterprise integrating RFID technology is proposed by this paper.First of all, according to the method of logistics system modeling based on Petri Net which is suggested by the domestic and foreign scholars, this paper research the process enterprise logistics system modeling method based on Petri Net by analyzing the logistics system of process enterprise, establish the model of the process enterprise logistics system. And RFID application framework for process enterprise is established to realize the integration of RFID technology and LMIS.Then the architecture,function and process of the LMIS of process enterprise is designed by the RFID application framework for process enterprise and logistics model of process enterprise. And RFID LMIS is also designed to realize the integration of RFID technology and LMIS.Finally, LMIS component of process enterprise and RFID LMIS is development, and take typical process enterprise as example, LMIS of process enterprise is configured and derived by logistics model of process enterprise, so a dynamic and reconfigurable LMIS of process enterprise integrating RFID technology is realized.This research work of this paper is academic and also practical. It has practical significance and the reference value for the use and the development of LMIS of process enterprise based on RFID technology.
