Hydraulic-servo system has the characters such as simple construction, little size, high frequency, strength force and so on. So it is wildly used in engineering technology. In the hydraulic-servo system studied in this paper, we make the force signal output by hydraulic cylinder as the feedback signal. But at the same time, hydraulic-servo system is very hard to build the precision mathematics model with its typical characters of low damp, occasionally, non-linearity and so on. So it's difficult to control the hydraulic-servo system with traditional measures.PID controller is commonly used in industry progress control progress systems because of its good robustness, high credibility and easy accomplishment; it's one of the most classical control measures. Many hydraulic-servo systems have complicate mechanism, when it's controlled by traditional PID controller, we can hardly get proper PID parameters or good performance, and the PID controller also has bad adaptability to the working condition. The system may turn unstable in the condition of parameter change or exterior disturbance, the robustness may get worse. Then, if we contract fuzzy controller and PID controller to a new type of controller, it will be well on robustness, for which has the sensitivity and flexibility of fuzzy control and high precision of PID control. The new type of controller has very good control effect for complex control system or high precision servo control system, especially for which is non-linearity and time-varying system, so it has a good control performance.In the paper, I build the mathematics model of reification hydraulic-servo system, and introduce the principle and characteristic of traditional PID controller, and analyze the advantage, shortage, limiting factor and improvement measures. In the paper, I also introduce the development of intelligent control theory, particularly introduce the theory and principle of fuzzy control system, research the combine of fuzzy control and PID control, and analyze the character and type of the new kind of intelligent PID controller. I do the imitation and experiment research to reification hydraulic-servo system by different control measures,and get the conclusion that the intelligent PID controller has better control capability.
