With the progress of the society, the development of ecconomy and science, especially with the development of the computer and data communication,the mobile communication system grows rapidly with its remarkable charecteristics and ascendant performance, and applies in every aspect of the society, the global mibile users have reached an amazing mount of 2.5 billion by far. Meanwhile as the mobile communication system is growing more and more gigantic, the network management system emerges as the times require.However,the administrators are often in great busyness as the arrival of too many complicated commucation circumstances and different kinds of failures and alarm messages. So, in order to make the network system operate normally, we are in great need of an tool that can monitor the failures and alarms of the mobiel communication system,and configure and manage it in time, the JiangSu Mobile Net-Watching System is such a system that helps the monitors get the alarms rapidly and conviniently and in time. This system is in charge of collecting the equipment alarms and network incident reports generated by different kinds of NE all over the Mibile Network of JiangSu Province, and saves the reports into the databases just in case of the different kinds of alarm Statistics and query.This article ,on the basis of the network mangement system,designs and implements a network-watching system aiming at the moblie communication industry by means of analysing the actual needs and business flow and combines the network-monitoring techniques.First of all, on the basis of discussing the network-watching system of the smobile communication indusry and the difficulties we have to face when designing it, this article analyzes the funtional requirements and non-funtional requirements, explains the system requirements in detail in the form of sequence and user-case diagrams.On the basis of requirement analysis, we finish the structure design of this system.First of all; we bring about the designing goals and principles according to the system requirements. In functional structure design, we will discuss the fuctional constitution of the every part of the system; finally, we will give a dinamic system functional sequence diagram and data sequence diagram.Then, we can do the detail design of this system. In this part, we design this system in a C/S three-layer structure framework, and explain in detail of every module's designing. In the modeling progress, in order to understand the design of this system, we briefly introduce the network management system and evaluate the role our system played in it. Then we give the whole structure diagram of the network-watching system. Later, we discuss separately of every module's detail design, including a brief introduction of this function, the structure of this module, the inside working concept of this function, then we give the class diagram, describe the key functions .At last, we give the database design tables for each module.On the basis of detail designing, we give the implementing framework diagram of the system, then we divide it into outlook designing and middleware implementing and explains both parts, in the former part, with the activity diagram of each module, we analysis the principles of the implementation works, give the real implementation interface diagrams, in the later part, we mainly describes why we choose ATMI in this system, and give a brief introduction of its working principles, then we explains the key part of this system—Service, in detail we explain the definition of each field in this service, how we call this service in reality, at last, we explains the middleware interacting progress with the case of alarm query and statistics, finally, we statement the implementation of the interface design of this system. At last, this article makes a brief introduction of the actual application of this system, also gives some advice on how to imorove this system.To sum up, on the basis of a full ayalysis of the business requirements and network-watching thoughts, we designed and implemented this system.
