The Design And Realization Of Wei Fang Local Tax Bureau's Task Quality Checking System

Nowadays, with the fast development of information technology, the application of computer has been gradually strengthened in many fields. For giving full play to government function in building a harmonious society, the problem of how to improve government work efficiency and optimize service has been put on the agenda.Wei Fang Local Tax Bureau has formed its unique assessment measures combined with its working characteristics to decompose working post and responsibility in the recent years.Wei Fang Local Tax Bureau's task quality checking is to divide each personnel's work target into responsibility target which is the persons on post should reached the objective and standard in the work, and generality target which is the code requirement to all personnel in whole system. For the conveniences of quantitative check, according to every responsibility target and generality target Wei Fang Local Tax Bureau formulates specific standard respectively. The check of local tax cadre's responsibility and generality target is the main check to realize the unit, department and the internal check The results of task quality checking is the important reference index of fund release, check on cadres and cadre appointment, which promotes the development exploitation and innovation of all work in whole system.According to the idea of modular design this paper is to revise business process of task quality checking that mainly depend on manual operation, check data flow analysis and divise software function modules by combining the knowledge of Software Engineering Technology. This paper's core content is to design the general frame about the system of task quality checking, the logical design and technical realization of the main business function module.This paper standardizes and retrenches the checking work by extracting the very complicated manual check business from task quality checking and using the idea of software exploitation, realized automatic check which can reduce the difficulty of routine check, improve the efficiency of task quality checking, and promot the check work's developing in the whole system, so as to promote the all work and overall progress of Wei Fang Local Tax Bureau.
