This research simply introduces the flat technology arrange of production line, the main tested devices via system, data sample system. In the meantime, according to the test standard of car quality control line, design basis, users’requirement on data administration system, and the theory of software project and modularized design, this paper designs the system function and data bases for quality control line data administration system of golden cup car, fulfilling the design of login, vehicle management, business management, reports and statistics, system administration, whole vehicle evaluation. The paper realizes the relative function mode through VC development tools and C/S tri-layer structure. The developed system has been used in the field, realizing the expected function through the system test. The system fits for the national relevant stipulations and the enterprise production requirement, effectively improving the whole vehicle test level.
