With the progress of society and living standard,people's demand for fresh crop is growing.Subject to the backward mode of production,people's consumption is limited to seasonal crops,and demand for anti-season crops cannot be fully satisfied.The greenhouse will be a very favorable mode of production,because it can not only meet people's needs,rational use of land resources,but also significantly improve economic efficiency.There are many environmental factors that affect crop growth in a greenhouse system,including temperature,humidity,light intensity,and CO2 concentration.In the existing greenhouse control system,most cases only consider univariate it,cannot consider the interaction between multivariate.In order to ensure that greenhouse crops grow reasonably,these factors need to be detected and controlled in integrated and real time in the greenhouse.Through the analysis of greenhouse system,an intelligent greenhouse system combining S7-1200 PLC and Kingview 6.60 was designed.The system was divided into three parts,the detection section,the control section,and the upper machine monitoring section.For multivariable coupling problem of greenhouse system,a PID neural network decoupling control model based on PSO optimization was proposed.Applying the adaptability of neural network,the network weights were dynamically corrected.Considering the randomness of the initial weights of PID neural network,PSO optimization algorithm was adopted to optimize its weights.The test results show that the system had basically reached the design purpose,features rich,it is easy to operate,through further improvement it can be applied to the actual production environment,and have a good application prospects.The simulation results of the decoupling control of greenhouse system show that the decoupling method has a strong decoupling ability,for the multi-input and multi-output model of the system and is an effective decoupling control strategy,which can provide a future decoupling research and application provided a reference.
