| The dissertation focuses on the design and implementation of Measure & Quality Information System (abbreviated to MQIS) in JiGang and describes the Work Mode and Work Result of the requirement analysis. The requirement analysis' result can be further divided into two parts, namely, functional requirement and non-functional requirement. The author adopts the Use Case method to describe the functional requirement. In the system infrastructure design part, the integrated system infrastructure and the core function is defined according to the design of general system infrastructure, function infrastructure, application infrastructure, disposition infrastructure, safety infrastructure, storage infrastructure and so on. And also the paper describes the data collection based on the message middleware and introduces the Enterprise-standard design plan of clearing data acquisition monitor system and explains some related technical details. Then it describes the design of logistics business code system, and introduces the design ideas, the realization patterns, the popularized conditions and the application prospects.However, generally, the basic information system in most domestic metallurgical enterprises is not highly-developed; there is a potential risk of the implementation of ERP. The MQIS system is both feasible and effective which can ensure the data need of ERP;carry on the grass-root business and develop the measure & Quality information system. The function of data-acquisition, measure & quality logistics, the thought of business code; and cash-payment etc in measure & quality information system can achieve the component and standard design, which realizes the system transplantation, enhances the exploitation and deployment efficiency, saving the cost and speed up the implementation process of the enterprises. So MQIS is the only way in developing the measure & quality information system. |
