As the Internet and big data technology has been developing rapidly,the collection of brickand-mortar business operation data has become available.Brick-and-mortar shopping centers have embraced the era of big data.Every consumer,making a purchase or not,is constantly bringing in a large amount of data,which is very essential to the business operation team as the data can reflect the characteristics and preferences of consumers.Accordingly,the team is able to make specific business strategies and improve the efficiency and quality of business operation.However,currently there are various data collection systems,among which data barriers exist and form different isolated data islands.As a result,data becomes difficult for us to conduct further exploration and analysis.Therefore,this paper puts forward the concept of brick-and-mortar business data middle platform,with the purpose of integrating various data generated from the brick-and-mortar business operation,providing the basis for data exploration and application,as well as the data basis for business and operational decisions,and thus enhancing the quality of business operation.Based on the companies' existed shopping center projects,this paper conducts design on the bricks-and-mortar business data middle platform,mainly focusing on the analysis and interpretation of the functional requirements of the system,the overall design and technical selection of the system,and the design of the main functional modules.By deploying business data collection systems and integrate multi-dimensional bricks-and-mortar business data,the data middle platform has the capability for establishing data warehouse and data model,offering richer bricks-and-mortar business data,and providing data basis for the future association analysis of bricks-and-mortar business big data.Since the project is currently in the stage of hardware system construction,the technical implementation part mainly analyzes the technical implementation and algorithm principle of the footfall collection system.It aims to provide a theoretical basis for system selection,and to introduce the construction and implementation of the footfall collection system.At present,the project is still under construction.This paper makes detailed introduction on the design of bricks-and-mortar business data middle platform and the realization of some functional systems,in the hope that it can provide some useful guideline for relevant practitioners who are working on the construction of similar systems.
