The Study And Implementation Of The Meta-data Integrity Middleware Based On XML

With the development of enterprise informatization, the enterprises have developed different sub systems during different periods. However , due to the lack of the whole consideration , each sub-system can not communicate each other and data can not be shared .As a result ,all the data are redundancy and inconsistent. Nowadays, the XML and Directory services are the main methods, which can transform and manage data between various data sources.Aiming to the above problems, this paper designed and implemented a meta-data integrity middleware based on XML .The middleware could carry out the conformity of data from heterogeneous data sources, and using unified data format, it could also store the authoritative and basic data in a centralized place. Furthermore, it could realize the accessing of data and distributed management with the uniform accessing protocol.For the data management problems of enterprise informatization, XML and Directory services can resolve these problems completely. Then the author explains the XML .Then the key technologies using in the middleware, involving the pattern of data transform, the accessing protocol of data sources, the mechanism of interface, the plugins of driver and rule ,the consistency and integrality of the data .In addition ,the RMI method and how to parse expression are also used in the meta-data integrity middleware.The implementation of the meta-data integrity middleware based on XML realizes the uniform formation of data storage and the uniform accessing protocol, with distributed management.
