| Sexually transmitted disease, called STD, is a serious public health and social problem over the world. The wide spread of STD has brought grievous medical and psychological injury to thousands of men, women, and children. Moreover, STD may seriously threat the development of a country and a nation.Firstly, this study explained the background of selected topic, introduced the spread situation of AIDS in the world. Also the dissertation discussed whether the Internet users and the sexually active population are identical in this respect. Furthermore, the study discussed relative theories and technical basis. All of the above researches make the'Private Medical System for Sexual Health'which based on Internet become feasible. The said system may apply specialized sexual disease knowledge, stimulate medical professionals to solve the complex problems by inference, and realize equal effect with sexual disease doctors. This dissertation not only analyzed the demands from individual users on health education and health improvement, as well as the demands from institutional users such as HIV disease monitoring organization, but also discussed the possible statistic analysis methods and monitoring sampling methods. At last, the study proposed the system developing plan of'Private Medical System for Sexual Health', and realized the initial development.The creative aspects about this dissertation is to explore the use of'Private Medical System for Sexual Health'to educate people planned, organized and systematic. It will compel people to master knowledge of health, to eliminate or reduce the risky factors. At the same time this system can be used to trace the change of HIV risky behavior trend based on time. It can solve those unapproachable crowd research problems which are more difficult using the traditional surveys among households. It helps public health officials to establish a tracking and management systems development trend of HIV risk behaviors. |
