The application of vibration supervision and malfunction confirmationtechnologyinlargeequipment has beenrecognizedmoreandmore.Withtherapiddevelopment of modernized production and technology, the structure of modernequipment getting more complicated, function of it getting more perfect,automaticity getting higher, malfunction confirmation to mechanical equipmentaregettingmorecomplicated.Singleandrespectivelyindependentsupervisionandconfirmation system are not accustomed to the continuous production of modernindustry. Distributed supervisionandmalfunction confirmationbasedon computernetwork is well opened, able to realize resource sharing, make it possible fordiverseconfirmationresourcetocollaboratetosolveproblems.Large assembling units are numerous and playing an important role inproduction process, having direct effect on safety in production and economicbenefit of the enterprise. So it is necessary to built and exploit remote detectionsystem,andensurethestableoperationofthem.The task adopts S800 system of SHENZHEN company as networksupervision software in term of current LAN status .it can realize the collection,disposal,displayandalarmofrealtimedata,as wellas real timedatatransmission,storage and management, equipment real time supervision on web page. It issatisfying when applied to time domain, frequent domain, amplitude domainfeature abstraction of data storage, trend analysis and decision of defectivepositionandproperty.
