With the development of modern logistics technology, many cities and departments are increasing investment, and have raised the construction tide of logistics distribution center. Generally speaking, many distribution center could not attend prospective effect after construction because of the late starting, lack of more practical experience to reference and incomplete theory system.Handling operation run through the whole activities from the beginning to the end. The good are needing handling operation from importing merchandise, storing, distribution processing, checking, order processing, order picking, exporting and even, to distribution. With the operation of the distribution center, some node show up "handling equipment congestion", others show up "handling equipment disjoint", which causes every node combining not well. Under this background, the thesis starts with the actuality of inland and overseas, learns from advanced theories, and carries on in-depth research of the equipment disposition model of logistics distribution center.Through analyzing eight elementary operations of the distribution center, this thesis defines the eight elementary operations as the second hierarchy of operation indicators and party of the eight factors which are staff, device, facility space, order for goods, work plan, efficiency, cost and quality as the third hierarchy of evaluation indicators, while the fourth hierarchy of research indicators reflect good or bad to the evaluation. According to AHP, making the fourth research indicators as the process of evaluations' base, adopting the method which derives something from upper hierarchy to lower hierarchy, then, we can get the outcome of each indicator.Through analyzing every elementary operations of the distribution center, we can establish the types and manufacturer of the equipments which every elementary operation needs. Through analyzing all kinds of factors which affect the equipment disposition, we can set up the equipment disposition model of distribution center based on cost and efficiency, also, applying the model to a distribution center, we have gotten the type and quantity of this distribution center.The main significance of this thesis is to perfect further the handling equipment optimization disposition of distribution center on the base of practice, and to establish the equipment disposition optimization model for modern logistics distribution center, therefore to guide the planning and construction of our country's logistics distribution center to some degree. |
