In recent years,with China's electric power system reform deepening,the construction of power grid has developed rapidly.However,the status of high cost and low efficiency in power logistics system still restricts the further development of power gird enterprises.The site selection of power supplies distribution center is the foundation and core of power logistics system planning.from this point of view,this thesis studies the problem of power supplies distribution center location,aiming to effectively reduce power supplies distribution cost,ensure the timeliness of distribution and improve the power supplies unified management and allocation capacity,which has an important significance for power logistics industry.This thesis makes a in-depth study on the site selection problem of power supplies distribution center.On the basis of extensively learning the method of distribution center site selection and the design experience of supplies distribution network system at home and abroad,the goals and principles of site selection of power supplies distribution center are determined,the influence factors of site selection of power supplies distribution center are summarized,and the processes and procedures of site selection of power supplies distribution center are analyzed.According to distribution center network system planning suggestion proposed in supplies intensive management of the State Grid,this thesis designs a power supplies distribution network containing two levels' distribution centers.Based on it,a site selection mathematical model of power supplies distribution center including supplies delivery cost,supplies storage cost and time penalty cost is established.After learning the imperialist competition algorithm(ICA),an improvement strategy based on differential evolutionary is proposed,which can generate new colonies through using the information exchange between the colonies.On the one hand,it can enhance the diversity of the population.On the other hand,the colonies that are with lager forces can be preserved,thus can make up the defects such as premature convergence and maintain the outstanding individuals.Combine the proposed mathematical model and improved algorithm to solve the site selection problem of power supplies distribution center.The case study results indicate that the established model and the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce total distribution costs,control the number of distribution centers and help power supplies unified managementand allocation,which can provide a favorable and reliable guidance for future site selection decision of power power supplies distribution center.
