The technology for 3D data measurement has a wide used in reverse engineering and product rapid inspection. At present, the 3D data method based on structure light is a popular subject among 3D data measurement, it can get accurate 3D data from an object without contacting, and measure rapidly, cheaply, flexible etc. Consequently, it is in great society need and promising subject.The status of 3D data measurement at present has been analyzed detailedly and the method of 3D data measurement based on structured light has been studied systemicly in this paper, construct mathematical model of 3D vision measure system consisted of line structure light and double CCD imitate human eye structure, and design 3D reverse measure apparatus based on line structure light and double CCD according the mathematical model. The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.The method of solid vision measurement is integrated with scan measurement is presented, construct mathematical model of 3D vision measure system consisted of line structure light and double CCD, analyzed detailedly the camera model, reference frame varying, systematic measure principle.2.Design hardware structure of 3D reverse measure apparatus based on line structure light and double CCD according the mathematical model, the 3D reverse measure apparatus consisted of other component, such as image collection board, glide rail, screw glide pole etc, make measure system move along with X,Y,Z and ork workbench turn come truth, it fit measure need.3.Analyzed parameter which has impact on measure result according measure principle of 3D reverse measure apparatus, and select adaptive arithmetic to calibrate inside and outside parameter of measure apparatus, available field and whirl axis of whirl round platform, this provide according to measure and image processing of 3D reverse measure apparatus. 4.This thesis proposes algorithm of process the range image comes from measure apparatus to get object surface data, object image segmentation is based on the gray threshold method, the mathematical morphology method is adopted to remedy the defects of binary image, and the contour of object is achieved by the way of hollow out inside points, then thin the character data after area segment and extracts the image character point's data. Finally, tell how to put achieved data from different visual angle transform to the same visual angle and how to connect surface figure.The experiment confirms, 3D reverse measure apparatus based on line structure light and double CCD and it's mathematical model in this paper can rapidly and precisely gather the data of object measured, makes CAD curved surface restructuring, The result is credible, it is prepared for produce reverse measure apparatus.
