At present, the VDRL(Venereal Disease Research Laboratory) test of the syphilis relies on artificiality, that it leads to a high error ratio. In order to overcome these shortcomings, this dissertation applies the computer image processing technology to the analysis and recognition of VDRL image, researches several relative problems on VDRL such as preprocessing, segmenting, feature extracting.At the same time, in order to improve the level of medical informatization management, this dissertation constructs an efficient management system based on network communication base and advanced network application platform.In the preprocessing aspect, the dissertation construed and compared different methods of image's gray transformation and enhancement, determined to adopt the MAX-VALUE method to transform the color image to gray one and adopt the median filter to purify the gray image's noises. Image segmentation is critical for image recognition. Based on a detailed analyse of the algorithms commonly used both interiorly and overseas, the dissertation adopted the research of the watershed segmenting algorithm in accordance with the characters of the VDRL image. Watershed segmentation based on mathematical morphology is a popular tool for image processing. It is a rapid, highly precise method and sensitive in obscure boundary. However, there is a problem coused by this method - much over segmentation. Because of adopting the improved multi-scale watershed algorithm, the problem of over segmentations was resolved effectively. In the feature extracting aspect, the dissertation labeled the agglomerate granule by the label method. According to the diagnostic standard of the test, it extracts several parameters such as area, quantity and so on to recognize.J2EE is one of the best platforms of java platform enterprise edition, not only lies in the advantage of cross-platform, but also because of in its complete sets of standard technology, such as JSP, Servlet, EJB etc. This dissertation illustrated the advantage of J2EE, analyzed the shortcomings of traditional two-tier architecture and the merits of multi-tier architecture. Then, introduced and analyzed J2EE's primary kernel technology, MVC (model, view, controller) design pattern and Struts framework. Finally, in the integrated development environment of JBuilder + Tomcat + SQL Server2000, combining Struts framework and design patterns, designed a monitoring reporting system.
