The Research Of The Control Of Oil Pump System Based On Intelligent Control Technology

The history of long distance pipeline is over 100 years. Compared with the other type of oil transportation, the oil transportation by long distance pipeline has the advantages of that the transporting quantity is larger, transporting expense is lower, energy wastage is smaller, the level of safety is higher and the oil can be transported successively. The oil transportation by long distance pipeline has become the main means of oil transportation. Oil pump is an important power equipment of long distance pipeline and the automatic control of oil pump is the important part of the long distance pipeline automation system. As the oil pump system is nonlinear and time varying, in addition, the system is affected by temperature of the environment and the character of oil and the deposits in pipe. it is difficulty to realize the control of flow and pressure of the pipeline by conventional control strategy. Aimed at the control of oil pump system, the main research works is as below.1. A novel control strategy composed of two fuzzy controller is proposed in this dissertation. Based on genetic algorithm, the parameters of the controller are optimized. The simulation results and practical results show that the novel control strategy don't depend on the exact model of the system and can realize the control of flow and pressure of the pump system.2. The universe of discourse partition of the fuzzy neural controller and the parameters updating algorithm and the updating rate have great effects on the performance of the system. A new strategy for universe of discourse partition and optimizing the parameters updating algorithm of fuzzy neural controller is proposed.
