This subject stems from the "11th Five-Year Plan" important experimental projects to be built by the central and local area. This rotatory style implemental system is widely used because of its easy structure,stable work and easy realization. The implemental system's rotatory accuracy is a very important technique performance index and so its measurement is of importance. Testing on rotatory error movement can predict the implement system's minimal shape error in the dynamic work circumstance, be applied to compensation control in the process, evaluate the implemental axis's accuracy, and monitor implemental system's state and fault diagnosis. In view of the current hardware systems on testing rotary accuracy structures complexly, acquires data stability poor, t and its manipulative interface intuitionists weakly. This subject designs implement system on-line dynamic detection system to be applied of areas such as innovative practice teaching, experimental study, and industrial inspection.Aimed at this problem of implementation system rotary accuracy's on-line dynamic measurement, this thesis analyses on the basis of comprehending domestic and international research status and the key questions, describes measurement theory in the relevant to rotary precision, brings forward total scheme. Combined rotary accuracy experimental of executive system's work characteristics, the thesis brings forward measurement method of sensors two-point vertical layout, multi-point measurement, grand separates out rotary error. In data processing,this issue introduces mathematical statistics error separation technology. Using MATLAB software, developed an open source data interface implementation rotary axis error simulation system. Finish respectively simulation measurement such as the 300 mm and axial motion, and validate test method's effectiveness and reliability. Based on MCGS configuration software technology developed the dynamic monitoring system with friendly interactive interface, which completed its work state signal acquisition, online automatic detection, recording, displaying and storing data, to ensure the feasibility of experimental research.This thesis bases the internal and external research status on rotary accuracy, brings forward a measurement design project that is easy to operate, reliable, continuous multi-point acquisition data, sync deal with, it is universal, and flexible data processed, graphical interfaces, on-line monitoring, and so on. This study remedies the deficiencies of opening to innovative experimental and raising the level of China's industrial scene is of importance.
