The Design And Implementation Of Web_based Instruction Platforms Based On Distance Education Technology Standardization

With the development of computer, communication and multimedia technology, modern distance education based on network, a promising long-distance teching mode, not only has expanded the scope of time-space of education, but also has caused the reorganization of current education system and the redistribution of teaching resources.In this paper, a relatively complete network teaching platform design scheme, and its subsystems and modules were mentioned, the main research is developed in the following areas:(1) Discused the developing stage of the network teaching system and its function on the process of the digital education at home and abroad .(2) Analized the IEEE 1484 standard system, ADL SCORM norms and related standards of the technical standards of China's distance education CELTS, and introduce the open source software front positioning technology - LAMP , and make use of XML technology on network teaching ;(3) Discussing the model formation process with adoption of the UML method in details, and carry out a fine design on the function of each module(4) Analized the automatic answering technology in teaching system and fulfillment of the automatic answering function based on RMM algorithm;(5) Studied of the construction method of the content of the network teaching curriculum and which is correspond with the standard, and bring about the structural model network course and XML technology.(6) Realized the learning management system, teacher-student interaction, network management systems and providing the some results of above part on performance testing and functional testing.The network teaching platform reference to the Ministry of Education and foreign major long-distance education technology norms and standards, based on the LAMP open-source software, and using B/S network computing model for the network curriculum and teaching support network platform so as to perform such characteristics as integrated planning design, and bring up the features such as interactive, inter-Platform, open source etc, to provide reference for the further study of the digitalization of the education of China's north western region.
