Induction heating power supply with its unique heating rate,energy saving,environmental protection and other advantages is widely used.Due to the development of new industries such as optical fiber manufacturing,zone melting purification and chemical synthesis,the development of high power,high frequency,heat centralized inverter induction heating power will be the coming directions.This paper,firstly,Starting from the principle and topology of induction heating power supply and then power control as the research object,introduces the current main power regulation.Aiming at the shortage of power control under the condition of high frequency adjustment method,and the power control regulation method is the control object must have a precise mathematical model,and has its own large overshoot and static stability,and the parameters can not be caused by the nonlinear factors for accurately and timely adjust the shortcomings,put forward the implementation of induction power the heating power using the method of fuzzy PID control.In the Matlab/Simulink environment,the fuzzy PID controller is designed and simulated and compared with the common PID controller,it can be seen its superior control ability.Finally,by introducing the field programmable gate array(FPGA),the method of implementing fuzzy PID controller in FPGA is studied.The fuzzy PID controller is designed on the Quartus II development platform,and the simulation of the top principle diagram and hardware description language(VHDL)are used to prove the correctness of the controller.Then the controller is downloaded to the FPGA in the laboratory prototypes.
