There are some disadvantages for analog control such as too many control elements,unflexbile,bad consistency and so on. Due to all of these disadvantages of analog control mode used in current products, the implementation of digital controller is described in this paper. The system is controlled by Phillips P89LPC938. The digital control is the main direction in the development of controlling electronic Inverter. There are some advantages such as flexible, high integration, strong anti-jamming ability, the realization of advanced control strategy and the convenience of real-time control.This is a single phase regulated power supply, the output voltage is 220V and the rated power is about 3KW. Firstly, the paper will give a comprehensive introduction about theory of digital control inverter, and advance mathematics model, present discrete-time and continuous-time state-space model. Found of mathematics model and SIMULINK model are basis of theoretic analysis and simulative analysis of control system, it is good to reducing the time of the products design, and it is also benefit to improving the reliability of the products. Subsequently, it brings forward the flexible and compact design of software and hardware.The chapter of hardware design give the whole structure of inverter system, then, discuss the IPM buffer circuit, IPM drive module, the circuits of change in voltage level and so on, present the way for confirming parameters, then analyse interference source, present the hardware method for anti-interference; The chapter of software design expatiate the main part of system and offer the total structure,. It also improves the corresponding arithmetic, fuzzy-PI, programming to calculate the fuzzy control table, the application of digital fuzzy-PI is the paper's emphases. The program is wrote using C, the speed of the program is improved better. At the same time, we enhanced the system' reliability using the technique of anti-jamming in the program design. At last, the practical output waveforms and experimental findings are presented, generalize matters need attention in design.The simulation and experiment results show the feasibility of the system. The research in the dissertation, to some extend, has paved a way for the further research, improvement and application in the digital control of inverter.
