Mine calefaction system is broadly applied in industry , such as mine , metallurgy, chemistry industry and so on. According to problems existed in thermal efficiency, life-span, degree of automation, we designed a new type of hot air furnace system which used in Mine and protect environment via research and analysis. The system is mainly constituted by data collection system, flame-monitoring system and host computer controlling system.The data collection system is the key of entire new type hot air furnace automation controlling system, which monitor and control complicated locale circumstance. Data collection system designed in this paper is composed to singlechipMSP430, simulating quantity collection(A/D), simulating quantity outputting(D/A), numeral quantity collection, numeral quantity outputting, storage, communicating interface and other assistant circuit, which have simple configuration, high organization dependability and long usage life, and can real-timely monitor and control different kinds of locale data. It has magnitude importance to the manufacture of mine on the safe side.
