With the rapid development of e-business, web applications based on the Web are developed from localization to globalization, from B2C (business-to-customer) to B2B (business-to-business),from centralized fashion to decentralized fashion. Web service is a new application model for decentralized computing, and it is also an effective mechanism for the data service integration on the web. Thus ,web service has become a solution to e-business. It is important and necessary to carry out the research on the new architecture of web service, on the combinations with the other good techniques, and on the integration of service.Automated service composition refers to automating the entire process of composing a workflow. This involves automating the discovery and selection of the service, ensuring semantic and data type compatibility. In this paper, based on analyzing the function and the defect of existing framework, We present a framework to facilitate automated service composing in Service-Oriented Architecture using semantic web technologies. The main objective of the framework is to support the discovery,selection, and composition of semantically-described service.The main research work and contribution of this paper are as follows:First, Research on composition algorithm. As an innovation of some existing composition algorithm , we propose a dynamic,adaptive, and highly fault-tolerant service discovery and composition algorithm.Second, Research on the granularity of workflow. we distinguish between different levels of granularity of loosely coupled workflows in the framework.Third, Research on service evaluation model. We developed a new QoS-prediction based, personalized service evaluation model. this framework can meets the QoS (quality of service) requirements for users by using the quality model.Finally, Research on safety communication. we propose a safety-invoking mechanism, ensuring end-to-end security.
