With the social development and progress, people pay more and more attention to health problems. Weight loss, beauty, facelift, food security, self-care and other issues have replaced the issue of treatment of disease, become the focus of concern in daily life. Health Communication has increasingly become a media construct and change the lives of important contemporary field. As modern sociology and communications theory shows that the people who understand the importance of health are, on the one hand because as technology advances, people with a higher quality of life for the pursuit of more in-depth understanding of health, on the other hand is because the media and to make these issues are. In a sense, the mass media construct the daily life of people in the health concept. For example, what is healthy and what is unhealthy, what kind of a more healthy way of life, these issues now is a scientific health problems. It is a cultural issue. In the dissemination of culture, economics perspective, the proposed concept of health, different aspects of the subject and set-up branches, magazines and television to the point of how, when concern about health issues of concern which, in the media and health perspective to the concept behind the cultural and economic of intent, especially when the media and press them, video on the pharmaceutical, cosmetic ads and buy time.This paper attempts to address the above phenomenon and limite the problem to the dissemination of health areas, the study showed how the media construct and health issues, health issues of media on the construction of the relevant factors, health issues reflect the social and symbolic significance to the impact of social, to grasp the media' s role in the social system, with a view to play the media in disseminating health of the active role.The first chapter of the paper begins with the concept of health and the change of public health concepts, and then analyze the medical institutions in the public health concepts in the process of building vacancy and the media the status of health education, and made a brief introduction and background status of research health for the dissemination of research subjects. In chapter II, I used the method of case studies. I chose "Rehabilitation Healthy Living" magazine from July 2005 to June 2007 the past two years as a sample of topics, to do some text analysis, in the case of studies I used a research methods which qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis mixed together, and then summarized that how to show the topic of health of the media, building healthy concept of the process. In Chapter III, I analyzed from advertising and other marketing means that the medical point of view of the economic health of the dissemination of public health concept of the impact and cultural studies from the perspective of public health concept of the construction process. In Chapter 4, I summed up the media and the public health concepts to guide the construction of transmission to health content and ways to improve the ways and means.
