With the expansion of the number of students in high school, the current teaching resources have failed to meet the teaching needs, for example, electronic circuits which is compulsory basis of science and engineering courses requies a higher practice, although it's laboratory conditions continue to improve, the large number of experiments have lead to time,space and equipments be failed to meet the actual demands,this situation is not ineffectual the cultivation of creative ability of students; Although in recent years China's distance education have developed rapidly, experimental teaching could not get the desired results.Virtual laboratory appears with the development of computer technique and virtual instrument technique. As an essential and beneficial supplement to the traditional experiments, virtual experiments not only save a lot of education funds, but also extend the experiments in time and space effectively. It has the vast applied foreground in the education and research realm. Virtual Laboratory is a new development direction of the experiment teaching as well as an active research topic recently.In this paper,on the basis of analyzing the research status of virtual laboratory at home and abroad and the virtual instrument development technology,the virtual instrument technology,database technology,EDA simulation technology and J2EE technology are applied in the development of virtual laboratory,the network-based virtual laboratory system is built,which supplies users an network experiment environment that collects virtual experiment,virtual laboratory managmement,experiment teaching,experiment eiditor and teaching organization's management.In this paper, the implementation scheme of the virtual laboratory system is studied,and the frame model of the virtual laboratory is put forward and built on B/S architecture.The design of the virtual instrument(VI) program and its networked technology are studied,taking LabVIEW8.20 as the software development tool,a series of VI are developed,such as the signal generator,oscilloscope,spectrum analyzer and so on,also the VI is made as the HTML programming language and the pulished to support the remote network experiment.A system management platform based on the database is developed,the experiment content,experiment data and information of the laboratory system are managed by the management platform.In this paper, A web-based virtual laboratory have built ,achieving a long-distance control, resource sharing, data sharing.It can not only save a lot of funds of equipment, but also provide a new teaching model that break the traditional model, help students cultivate innovation capability. The system has good flexibility and openness, can be added new functions constantly according to new needs to meet the actual needs.
