| The efficiency of collect, analyze and manage about information will bring a profound influence to enterprises in knowledge economy times. Developing an information management system successfully which is befitting to enterprise becomes the one significant competitive power of enterprise progress. Therefore, reducing information system development risk becomes hotspot of research. In this paper, Structure Equation Model(SEM) is applies in the process of risk assessment which work on the information system development, come up with a risk assessment model for information system development based on SEM.The dissertation analyzes the present investigation condition of information system risk assessment and relevant problem, summarize Structure Equation Model theory; In term of systematic theory thinking to make sure the risk factors in information system development, and classifies them for "person", "organization management", "technology" factors according to the different sources; Based on characteristics of information system development, put forward a risk assessment process for information system development and introduces SEM to construct a risk assessment SEM for information system development; The cause and effect relation between the risk factor and development purpose of information system development are analyzed, afterward, put up a sequence for risk factors according to the analysis result. This study production could apply for in advance control those risk factors which would bring fatal influence to information system development, and based on organization behaviors for these risk factors to forecast the development purpose of information system. |
