This paper the question which met in the test procedure designs in view of the existing chest cavity internal pressure testing device should the variant miniature sensing bearing pressure organization integration electron pressure gauge. Through generalized analysis domestic and foreign chest cavity internal pressure testing device development, in this laboratory existing testing device puts in the type electron pressure gauge's foundation, proposed the integrated electron pressure gauge's design. Concrete is uses the shell itself to take the pressure-sensitive device design one kind of strain pressure transmitter, has realized the sensor and the shell integration, has solved, because the existing electronic pressure gauge installs the volume which the piezoelectricity type high pressure sensor causes to be big, is unable to satisfy, the small caliber artillery gun pressure test question, simultaneously also reduced the cost. Has carried on the static calibration to the integrated electron pressure gauge, in the experimental foundation, discussed this design feasibility.This paper used the method which the theoretical analysis, the computer simulation and the actual experiment unified to the integrated electron pressure gauge to carry on the feasibility analysis. Firstly elaborated the integration structural design correlation theories, through the theoretical analysis and the ANSYS simulation, has analyzed the integration design method validity and the sophistication; Then designed and studies the resistance should the variant sensor and the integrated electron pressure gauge, introduced separately the resistance should the variant sensor's principle and the integrated circuit design and the integrated electron pressure gauge's calibration principle, introduced the entire calibration testing in detail; Finally introduced the tentative data processing method and the test result. This research for each kind of new artillery, the ammunition, fuze system's development has provided the effective test method, has the widespread civil promoted value.
